When we decided to have an art studio and an office built in our back garden, our neighbours recommended DAS builders. We are very pleased Dean and his team took the project on.
Their work is of a consistently high standard and the team take great pride in everything they do. 
Dean and his sons Ed and Jack worked with us throughout the project, talking us through the various stages and suggesting improvements and alternatives along the way. Their experience meant we avoided making some mistakes that we had not noticed in our original specifications. They were flexible if we decided to change our minds on things but they did not hesitate to advise us if they felt we should be aware of possible pitfalls we had not foreseen.
All the tradespeople who worked on our build were very friendly, polite and courteous and the site was always left tidy at the end of a day. 
The project has come in within budget and we are extremely pleased with the final result. It has been relatively stress free thanks to the DAS team and if we have another building project in the future we would definitely use DAS Builders again. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of having building work done.

I have used D.A.S Build for the past few years as one of our preferred contractors on both of our school sites. They are reliable, flexible and prompt. They are aware of the time restrictions and how important it is to have projects completed to the standard required and on time. They have done a wide range of jobs for me from installing a complete disabled facility to repairing roof lights and soffits and everything in between. They deal with any issues that have arisen quickly and without fuss. We will continue to use them and I have no problems with recommending them.

I am very happy with the bathroom that Dean and his son Eddy, of DAS Builders, completely re built for me. They advised me on the best layout and helped me select the various furnishings.

Any problems or queries I had were promptly dealt with in a most helpful and friendly way.

After completion of the bathroom I ask them to re - floor my conservatory, which they first treated with the necessary damp protection and screeding before laying the tiles which have improved the room 100 per cent. They cleared away all rubbish from both jobs including the old bath, sink, tiles etc.

I would happily recommend DAS Build Ltd as most reliable, trustworthy and efficient.

"DAS Build Limited were engaged to convert our conservatory into a ‘Garden Room’. This involved the demolition of the existing wooden and glass structure, the establishment of new foundations as well as the fitting of a new tiled roof with Velux window inserts.

Their advice and service was professional throughout the process.

The bulk of the work was carried out and overseen by Dean’s son Ed, but various labourers and contractors were used during the project.

All were very courteous, reliable and professional, leaving the site secure and tidy at the end of each day.

The quotation provided was accurate, and the inevitable ‘extras’ with a job like this were priced reasonably.

There was a minor problem with the roof that only became apparent after some very heavy rain weeks after the job was finished, Dean & Ed were quick to come round to put this right without a quibble.
